PAYMENTS
Payment for purchases can be made by bank transfer or with the system integrated in our e-commerce on the STRIPE platform which allows the use of credit cards or prepaid cards of the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and Carta Si circuits.
Only with regard to payments made by credit cards, the amount relating to the purchase will be charged at the time of the conclusion of the order, for the amounts indicated in the cart, including any shipping costs, as shown in the e-mail that you will receive at order confirmation. The currency of the prices is the Euro.
Product prices indicated in the e-commerce are to be understood as "VAT included" (as expressly indicated) Value Added Tax in the amount of 22% on the taxable amounts, excluding transport costs which will be added to the total of the order.
Purchases on Alessia.shop's e-commerce are only possible for private consumers (B2C).
REFUNDS
Any refund will be credited to you through one of the proposed methods that we will promptly notify you of your choice. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, as regulated in the "Terms and conditions"(Purchase contract), we will make the refund within 30 days from the date on which we become aware of your request for withdrawal.
All payments and related communications take place on special platforms protected by encryption systems. Alessia.shop guarantees you the maximum commitment so that your data is protected and not disclosed. The platforms we use guarantee the same commitment.
